And because we believe in emphasising taste and individuality rather than trying to filter it out, even the most classic of serves take on a whole new flavour with Kavka.
Kavka Estate
Kavka Martini
Spray a frozen martini glass with Cocchi Vermouth and pour in 100ml Kavka Vodka. Drop in a green olive or lemon slice to serve.
Bloody Marysia
Combine 50ml Kavka Vodka, 80ml passata or tomato juice,10ml fresh lemon juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce and 2 pinches chipotle powder (or Tabasco) with ice, muddle with a stick of celery and top with tomatoes, lemon and black pepper.
Kavka Caipiroska
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Squeeze in two lime quarters and add them to the shaker with 50ml Kavka Vodka and 10ml sugar syrup before shaking well. Garnish with the remaining lime.
Kavka Tokaji
Kavka Espresso Martini
Combine 50ml Kavka Tokaji Vodka, 50ml Fresh Coffee, 25ml Coffee Liqueur and 5ml Gomme Syrup with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and top with coffee beans.
Kavka Clover Club
Mix 50ml Kavka Tokaji Vodka, 1 tbsp dry vermouth, 25ml raspberry cordial, 25ml lemon juice, 1 tbsp egg white and 5 fresh raspberries with a handful of ice. Garnish with 1 fresh raspberry and 2 fresh blackberries skewered on a cocktail stick.
Kavka Jablko
Stir 30ml Kavka Tokaji Vodka, 30ml 30&40 Double Jus, 10ml honey water and 30ml apple juice together and top with cider. Finish with apple garnish.
Kavka Orchard
Kavka Negroni
Combine 50ml Kavka Orchard Vodka, 40ml Antica Formula and 40ml Campari Bitters in a rock glass with ice and muddle. Top with a strip of orange peel.
Kavka Summer Spritz
Mix 30ml Kavka Orchard Vodka and 20ml Rose Vermouth in a large wine glass filled with ice and top with prosecco. Stir in fresh strawberries and lime and garnish with mint.
Rhubarb Apple Collins
Shake 50ml Kavka Orchard Vodka, 20ml rhubarb and apple syrup, 10ml lemon juice and 1tsp rhubarb jam with ice. Pour over ice and top with sparkling apple juice. Garnish with a stick of rhubarb and apple slices.
